1. About these terms
These terms govern your use of Locyvo (locyvo.com), a subscription service that lets you submit location requests for a phone number and view the result in your account. By creating an account you agree to these terms.
2. Eligibility and lawful use
You must be legally able to enter into a contract and may only submit a request for a device you own or for which you have the explicit, lawful consent of the owner. You are responsible for complying with the laws that apply where you are. Accounts used for stalking, harassment or any unlawful tracking are terminated without refund.
3. The service
Locyvo submits your request to a connected network provider. Results depend on the provider, the network and the device, and are not guaranteed. We do not promise that a location will be found, nor that any result is accurate to a specific distance.
4. Subscription and billing
Access is sold as a 3-day introductory subscription that automatically continues as a monthly subscription unless cancelled. The introductory price and the recurring monthly price are displayed in your currency before you pay. Payments are collected by our payment provider; we do not store card details.
5. Cancellation
You can cancel at any time from the billing page. There is no cancellation fee. Access continues until the end of the period you have already paid for.
6. Acceptable use
You may not attempt to disrupt the service, bypass rate limits, reverse engineer it, or resell access. We may suspend accounts that abuse the service.
7. Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Locyvo is not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for outcomes that depend on third-party networks. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
