1. About these terms
These terms govern your use of Locyvo (locyvo.com), a paid-access service that lets you submit location requests for a phone number and view the result in your account. By creating an account you agree to these terms.
2. Eligibility and lawful use
You must be legally able to enter into a contract and may only submit a request for a device you own or for which you have the explicit, lawful authorization of the owner. You are responsible for complying with the laws that apply where you are. Accounts used for stalking, harassment or any unlawful tracking are terminated without refund.
3. The service
Locyvo submits your request to a connected network provider. Results depend on the provider, the network and the device, and are not guaranteed. We do not promise that a location will be found, nor that any result is accurate to a specific distance.
4. Payment and access
Searches are paid from a prepaid wallet at $1 USD per search. You top up the wallet (minimum $5 USD) in cryptocurrency on our payment provider's hosted page. Searches that return no location are refunded to your wallet. Access starts only after the payment is confirmed. It does not renew automatically; a new payment is required for another period.
5. End of access
There are no automatic renewals to cancel. Access ends after the paid period unless you make another payment.
6. Acceptable use
You may not attempt to disrupt the service, bypass rate limits, reverse engineer it, or resell access. We may suspend accounts that abuse the service.
7. Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Locyvo is not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for outcomes that depend on third-party networks. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
