Security & Privacy

How Locyvo protects your data, requests, and payments.

Encryption in transit

Every page and API call on locyvo.com is served over HTTPS using TLS 1.2 or higher. Your browser and our servers always communicate through an encrypted channel.

Encryption at rest

Account data, request history, and results are stored in an access-controlled database with encryption at rest. Provider credentials and API keys are held server-side and never reach your browser.

Consent-based requests

Locyvo is designed for lawful, consent-based location lookups. You may only request the location of a device you own or one you have explicit permission to locate. Misuse is prohibited and may result in account termination.

Card data handling

We never store your card details. All payments are processed by Stripe, a PCI-DSS Level 1 provider. Your card number is entered on Stripe's secure checkout and never passes through our servers.

Data retention

Location results are kept for 90 days so you can view and download them, then automatically deleted. Account and billing records are retained as long as required for legal, accounting, and fraud-prevention purposes.

Access control

Row-level security policies ensure each account can only read its own data. Admin access is limited, logged, and requires explicit authorization. We do not sell or share personal data with advertisers.

What we collect

We collect only what is needed to run the service: email, phone number submitted for lookup, request status, location result, approximate IP country for currency/language, and Stripe subscription/invoice references.

Compliance & accountability

Locyvo is operated by FUNDACION TESOROS LLC. For privacy questions, data-access requests, or security concerns, contact info@locyvo.com.
