2. What we collect
- Account data: email address, name, and the preferences you set.
- Request data: the phone number you submit, the country, and the request status.
- Result data: coordinates, accuracy and timestamp returned by the network provider.
- Billing data: subscription and invoice records from our payment provider. We never receive full card numbers.
- Technical data: approximate country from your IP address, used to pick your currency and language.
3. Why we use it
To provide and secure the service, to process your subscription, to display your request history, to prevent abuse, and to meet legal obligations.
4. Sharing
We share data only with the processors required to run the service: our hosting and database provider, our payment provider, the network location provider, our messaging provider and our email provider. We do not sell personal data.
5. Retention
Location results are retained for a limited period (currently 90 days) and then deleted. Account and billing records are kept as long as required for legal and accounting purposes.
6. Your rights
Depending on where you live you may request access, correction, deletion or export of your data, or object to certain processing. Contact us and we will respond within the period required by law.
7. Security
Data is stored in an access-controlled database where records are readable only by their owner. Provider credentials are held server-side and are never exposed to the browser.
